We are the only company that can offer our extensive 3 day (up to 2500 sq ft) comprehensive organization service. We are exceptionally thorough and love what we do. Here’s how it works.
Call or e-mail us for a complimentary** consultation at your convenience. Our initial meeting will help to define your goals, needs and objectives. An analysis of the space is then completed to determine organizational services and systems that are required. Within 24 hours a quote is completed based on your specifications, volume and square footage of the space to be reviewed with you. Typically we break all our services down into three package options.

I have watched several organizing programs on television for the last few years. I have always wished that there was something similar to those programs available in Canada. I even got motivated enough to try it on my own like they do on television by sorting everything on tarps out in the backyard. I ended up feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. The end result of my attempt was a large tarp full of stuff in the backyard that sat there for several weeks. I felt stressed and overwhelmed just thinking about all the stuff in our house. I didn’t know how to move forward.
Consultation process: Kim was very friendly and caring when I talked to her on the phone and when we met her in person. She took the time to let us share what we thought were the main issues in our home, how it had been impacting our family life and what we would like to see as an outcome from the organizing process. It was hard to show her some of the clutter that we lived in but she was very non-judgemental about what she saw. She clearly outlined how the process would take place and informed us about how challenging it may be at times during the process.
The decluttering process: I felt very excited and nervous waiting for the day we were to start organizing our home. The Everything Organized* team were punctual and professional looking. They were very friendly and helpful during the entire three day process. They worked very hard and efficiently over the three days. Kim was great at giving clear directions on how to make decisions on what items to keep and what items to let go of. The tarp in the backyard that had been sitting there for 3 weeks was sorted in a matter of minutes. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was able to sort through items that seemed so difficult to sort through 3 weeks previously. It was the guidance and direction set out by Kim that made the difference. I could have never done it on my own. There were times when I became emotional about making decisions to let go of things. Kim allowed me to “take time out” to refocus and work through the emotions of letting go of unnecessary items. The days were exhausting both physically, mentally and emotionally. I couldn’t believe the volume of stuff that the organizing team, my husband and I sorted over the 3 day period. We would never have been able to accomplish the same amount of work if we were given 3 years to do it on our own. Having a time line, an organized process and great support staff made the difference.
The end result: I was amazed by how our house looked at the end of the three days. I couldn’t believe that it was the same house. I actually cried after we finished on the last day of the process. I cried due to the emotional process of decluttering a home and seeing the end result that we obtained. It was hard to believe we now had a totally organized home where everything was in its place. There were no more boxes of junk and papers all piled into a spare room. No more piles on the dining room table. No more chaos. We were so excited that the same evening we were done we began calling friends up to give them a tour of our organized house. I never wanted to have people prior to this because I was embarrassed of the disorganized mess we lived in. We even had the neighbours over for the first time to give them a tour. Our house is now a calm and relaxing place to live in. Our family is more organized and settled. The process of having your home organized seems expensive at first but it is well worth the investment that it gives back to you. The returns in your life are worth every penny. I now feel that I have the time for the important things in my life...my family and friends.
Two months later: Life is so much easier now. Our home is a calm and peaceful place to be. Everything has its own place. I don’t miss one item that we let go of two months ago. Clean up of the house at the end of the day only takes minutes. We are proud of our home. We enjoy having people over anytime without notice. I can’t imagine living in clutter ever again. Frequently asked Questions
- Do we have to touch EVERY item in the house? No. Any personal belongings that are private are respectfully omitted.
- Are there different options available regarding cost? Yes. We supply three different options supplied for our clients to choose from.
- Should children be present? No. It can be hard on children to watch house hold belongings taken from the residence as they don’t understand. They are much happier to come home to a clean and organized space without the stress of being involved.
