Everything Organized* aims to help lessen the burden and grief associated with liquidating the estate of your loved one. We coach our clients in the removal of all sentimental items. The remaining items are dispersed based on the family’s wishes for charity, auction or re-sale. Our complete services will prepare the property for rent or sale, inside and out in just four days.
The following is a partial list of our services.
- Meet with family
- Determine time line and overall considerations
- Have family remove sentimental belongings from residence
- Purge residence of all leftover belongings
- All viable items are given to charity of family’s choice or taken to auction
- Remove all garbage
- Remove all recycling
- Shred sensitive documents
- Thorough cleaning of entire inside of residence including walls, windows, floors, cupboards, drawers, closets, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, light fixtures
- Clean outside of residence; pressure wash exterior and windows
- General yard clean up, pruning, weeding and mowing

- Is a deposit required? Yes. This service is treated the same as any other service that Everything Organized* offers.
- Is this service available anywhere in Canada? Yes, however outside of the Kamloops area this service is subject to a consultation fee.
- Can the fees be paid by the Estate? Yes, however only if the estate finances are held at a Canadian Bank and not a Credit Union.
